I have been supporting Nordens Accountants since 2014. In that time, they have won 15 awards including ‘The British Accountancy Awards for Best Independent firm of the year for East England’ for 3 years running. Nordens have achieved 400% growth, have grown from 13 to 62 staff and have acquired two businesses over that period. I have been coaching the directors to build that future foundation and align around their shared Vision, coaching the managers on their leadership and management skills and running training programmes bespoke to Nordens unique style and skill set.
