About me
With a background in teaching, psychology and sports coaching, helping people to make a difference in their life was always deeply important to me. I have been working in the coaching and training industry since 1998 and I love supporting the thousands of people I have worked with to live a better life and work in a sustainable way.
It is about getting the balance in life between what you do for yourself, for your team and for your organisation. My work is about hitting the triple bottom line: for people, for profits and for wider community good (the planet. Whether it is for the individuals I work and partner with, the teams and organisations I support to achieve their goals and ambitions, or creating a wider impact on the world we live in through my work I hope to make the world a better place.
I have always been a keen advocate for recycling, upcycling and leading a low impact life. This is tricky with two young girls growing up in London and the amount of stuff that we can accumulate, which is why I went through 2018 with not buying anything new personally and for my business (nearly - I bought 4 things over Christmas 2018).
If my work isn’t making the world a better place for future generations then I start looking for a new challenge.
