My aim in supporting you and then through you, your team, is figuring out where the bottlenecks are in your organisation. Having someone to help you unblock your blocks, understand the limits in the way for future leaders and support in the creation of your succession plans for your next level leaders and key talent so they can flourish is crucial.
As an owner or leader, it can be hard to find others to discuss the tactical and strategic challenges of running a business with. Having a sounding board or an impartial advisor that you can talk with regularly can help to manage that isolation, providing you with someone to discuss any challenges in order to build sustainable succession plans.
This 12-month programme of coaching supports the way my clients work. Sometimes they need someone to hold them accountable and give answers and sometimes they need someone who can hold a space to help them find the deeper answer to their questions.
